Approved Training Courses
MAX Personal Defense offers an approved training course to get students certified to apply for a CCW.
Acceptable courses as stated by the Florida Department of Agriculture: "Any firearms training or safety course or class conducted by a state-certified instructor or by an instructor certified by the National Rifle Association."

CCW Eligibility Requirements
1. You must be 21 years of age or older.
2. You must be able to demonstrate competency with a firearm.
3. Unless you are serving overseas in the United States Armed Forces, you must currently reside in the United States and be a U.S. citizen or deemed a lawful permanent resident alien by Department of Homeland Security, U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Service.

Concealed Carry Weapon (CCW) Cert. Collier County
The CCW Certification class is conducted by NRA Certified Firearms Instructors who will come to your home to provide detailed and professional instruction, taking the time to teach you how to correctly and safely handle firearms.
Appointments are available Saturdays & Sundays from 10:00am - 1:30pm & 4pm - 7:30pm.
Youth Firearm Safety Training Collier County
The Home & Youth Firearm Training class is conducted by NRA Certified Firearms Instructors who will come to your home to provide detailed and professional instruction, taking the time to teach you how to correctly and safely handle firearms.
Appointments are available Saturday & Sunday at times catered to your needs or weekdays from 4:00pm - 8:00pm.
HOME FIREARM SAFETY
Demonstration and hands-on training emphasizing Firearm Safety in the home.
No Live Ammo/Fire.
CCW – CONCEALED CARRY
Training and Certificate Required to apply for your Florida CCW/Concealed Carry.
